Tamar Perry is an Israeli-born, multidisciplinary artist and designer based in Sydney.
Led by an independent, curious and creative nature, Tamar left Israel at a young age to seek inspiration and adventure in new surroundings. Guided by unique experiences and immersion in the cultural aesthetics and styles of the countries in which she has lived and worked; Tamar’s bold and intentional use of texture, colour and light echoes years of international travel and exposure to a vast range of elements.
Tamar has spent the past two decades based in Australia, developing an impressive range of technical skills across multiple industries. Initially practising as a graphic and web designer, and establishing a firm under her own direction Newsgroup Marketing , Tamar went on to study interior design and work for FJC.
Throughout her career, Tamar has established a global network of industry connections, ranging from concept to manufacturing. She has demonstrated a natural ability to listen to clients and engage with a high level of detail to meet their vision, and contributes to projects involving multiple stakeholders.
Tamar’s artistic nature and instinctual understanding of space, in combination with extensive practical experience, allows her to create innovative and inspiring designs. Throughout her practice – whether it be through visual branding or interior design – Tamar enables her clients to feel the flow of energy emitting from the work, find joy in the process and share pride in the final product.
